Infact, I have been getting 1mbps UPLOAD speeds and 0.20-0.50mbps download speeds. Is there any reason my upload speeds would be so much higher than my download speeds? The speed test in the eero app represents the speed between your gateway eero and the modem it is connected to; the test isn't the speed between your eero and the device the eero application is running on. For this reason, the speeds represented in the app will not. Additionally, make sure nothing else is downloading at the same time. Differences in connection: Make sure the phone and your computer are actually testing on the same connection. You may have Wi-Fi turned off, and accidentally be testing your cellular speeds instead. For upload as well you are uploading generally data to specific servers e.g cloud accounts etc. On download data could be coming from a variety of places, slow websites, overloaded servers etc etc. However that said in general the ISP handles the traffic so probably uploads will still typically be slower than downloads.
