PLEASE NOTE: You may focus on specific areas by omitting/including the parts of the. Concepts of print pre-reading skills that indicate what a child knows about holding or handling a book, whether they know what letters, words, and/or sentences are, directionality, etc. Three parts of concepts of print. Concepts of print involve a student’s understanding of how different forms of print are read. These include the basics of the English language that we read from top to bottom and left to right. It is the basis of literacy.

*** Note: For school librarians, I have included three different pages where there is a call number shown. This is because so many libraries use different types of call numbers.
